Seeking an effective, goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team in North America!

What you'll do:

You'll play a crucial role in growing and supporting a set of distribution partners across North America. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners to drive focus, collaborative programs and sales.
  • Sales Support: Provide hands-on support to partners throughout the sales process, including training sessions and active participation in end-customer meetings.
  • Pipeline Execution: Execute pipeline activities by tracking forecast data and ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support partners effectively and drive initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key trends to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities. 

You will be a crucial part of our sales team reporting to the head of channel sales.

We would love to hear about you if you have the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in channel management, partner and business development or working directly for a distributor.
  • A proven track record of building successful relationships.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to grow sales at existing partners and obtain valuable new partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (native level).
