We are looking for new Sales Account Manager to join our Tosibox team. Are you passionate about technology and making your customers successful, and do you have the ability to drive sales revenue through a challenger sales approach? In this role you’re managing existing customer base given and also acquiring net new Customer across the country. Role can be adjusted towards international aspect according to the candidate’s background and wishes.

We are seeking passionate, results oriented, sales professional to drive revenue calling on Medium size and Enterprise customers. Our Sales Managers are individual contributors who play a vital role in driving a growing share of revenue for Tosibox. Tosibox is a results-driven organization focused on a modern sales approach to maximize efforts.

We provide our team members with an environment to contribute from day one while also building opportunities for learning and growth. The work you'll do will directly impact the experience of our building automation customers. In addition to your Sales team in Finland, you will be supported by 50+ Tosiboxians across the globe.


• Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct sales experience selling inside the built space
• Familiarity with software solution (SaaS) and have experience in any of the following: analytical tools, data management solutions, networks solution, building automation systems, access control, Industrial IOT or cyber security solutions. Knowledge on subscription sales is an advantage.
• A measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets
• Ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments and enjoy a KPI driven and a modern approach to business development.
• Experience in successfully selling during market creation phase is helpful
• Experience with the challenger sales approach
• Comfortable using the latest technical tools and have a “Practice Mentality” to building your own book of business.
• Proven ability to hunt for new sales opportunities
