In order to further strengthen and develop our customer support, we are looking for an additional colleague, a Junior Support Engineer. The location is Atlanta or Denver. The position is full-time permanent.

The main tasks you will be working on:

- offering our customers top class service through responding to calls, emails, and support tickets,
- independent evaluation and prioritization of the customer tickets, forwarding as needed,
- efficient cross-team communication and cooperation, especially with international sales, R&D and delivery teams,
- usage of appropriate information sources for efficient problem solving, such as company internal manuals, documentation and help desk,
- internal escalation to correct functions across the company.

What we’d expect to see in your professional background:

- directly or indirectly applicable experience from customer facing roles is highly appreciated,
- understanding of IT/ICT/IOT, computing in general, and networking and cloud technology will be a strong advantage (Azure AWS, Google and basics of Linux a plus)
- strong customer service approach towards customers,
- strong communication skills
- independent and proactive problem solving and prioritization skills,
- demonstrated ability to perform under pressure.
